The house is very close to the village of Portocolom and overlooking the sea. The villa consist 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The large pool and the dining room with large windows are the highlights of the house, also the large covered areas and the 50m2 BBQ - party house will inspire you.
Due to the lack of suitable bathing opportunities, the old town center of Porto Colom has been spared from mass tourism and still shows the characteristic features of a fishing town typical of the original Mallorca.
The old town at the port invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its tranquil streets, where you can also stop at one or the other very good restaurant. Here is also the small but very fine sandy beach of Cala Marçal. Book Now!
